At Superby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Certain items such as personal care products, undergarments, clearance sale items, or customized goods are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Process

Once approved, our support team will provide return instructions.

The customer is responsible for safely packing and shipping the product back (unless the product is defective or damaged).
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refund Method:

Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited back to your original payment method (bank/UPI/card).

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be issued to your bank account or UPI ID (since refunds cannot be issued in cash). Our support team will contact you to collect your details.
Damaged / Wrong Product

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending clear photos to 📧 shopsuperby@gmail.com.

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
